I went in and they violated HIPAA by announcing why I was there which was for a DNA test... NOBODYS buisness period! Mya I think her name was, was so unprofessional that I had asked if she performed this kind of testing before. She completed the paper work wrong, didnt wear gloves while swabbing my mouth, stated her hands smelled like smoke because she just had a cigarette but dont worry they are clean, I had gum in my mouth that I had discarded 2 min before the test, she used 2 swabs on one cheek and barely swabbed it. To top it off, my whole envelope was not sealed in front of me. I later (1 hour) called to see how I would be notified of the results, Jakiea I think it was, said email or phone call. Well how is that possible when they had none of that information from me since it was not requested upon arrival. She took my email address down without asking whom she was speaking to. I had to repeat my email address to her because I think she didnt even bother to write it down. Overall the absolute WORST servics EVER and not sure how this place, st Paul location is even still in buisness. I agree they need to hire different more competent staff. I am going somewhere else in hopes of better results and most of all respectful valued service. Please beware prior to going to this company, I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. The owner should be highly ashamed of themself period!!!

The team I spoke with on the phone- after one ring- was polite and straight forward while being warm and most importantly helpful. I was scheduled within 30 mins, drove over, parked. Was given clear instructions and was in and out in under 7 minutes. I've waited on hold for longer than that trying to get something scheduled. Beyond impressed and would recommend their services to anyone and everyone.

I do understand that case loads are high, but when they promise to return messages within 1 business day and you are still waiting for a response after 2 weeks and multiple contacts via phone and email, that is just unacceptable. Their website advertises them as Flexible, Responsive, Respectful. I can't speak to their flexibility, but the lack of respect displayed by their failure to respond in a timely fashion is unacceptable.

I felt like finally my doctors were catching up with all of the things that have been pushed to the background for me over the years I spent at traditional medical offices. My first provider retired and I then moved to the Lyndale location and things began to change. My time with my provider was limited, It appeared to be a 20 minute maximum appointment. I intend to stay at Herself Health but I feel like someone is pulling at my provider's arm trying to get her away from me and on to the next patient for whom she will have another 20 minutes. This is a change from my previous experience at Herself Health. I don't like it and I feel like there's an accountant somewhere in the background telling my provider she needs to get on with it. There doesn't appear to be anything I can do and I am less enthusiastic about the depth of medical services I am given here.
