Someone needs to be fired…read more A few months ago i submitted an appt request via their website. I received an email saying that someone would be in touch in a few days. A month later nothing. I called them a few weeks ago gave all of my information and condition was transferred to the scheduler's voicemail. I left a message and I've never heard anything since. I wouldn't trust this place with my medical care if it were the last clinic on Earth. If they can't do this basic kind of thing how could you trust them to do anything else?

I took a peek and the tech had her shirt up scratching away on her stomach. This went on during the entire test! After that the next test I was supposed to take a sedative at a certain time. That was early and didn't have time to take it. The tech for that test said she couldn't tell me when to take it. Test three, the doctor came in the room wearing a Mickey Mouse tee shirt. The rooms were dark, very untidy. I would not recommend this facility to anyone...based on the testing experience.

I work with doctors and surgeons everyday and I have never met one as inconsiderate and unfeeling as Dr. Reddy. I went to visit her a few months back and she basically told me that I was promiscuous (without ANY reason) and told me over the course of the ten minutes she spent with me that the pain in my calf could be from heart failure, liver failure, or kidney failure. She then proceeded to send me down to get blood work done, all without a trace of compassion. In my opinion you should NEVER leave the doctor's office feeling worse than you went in. Nothing was wrong with me and I ended up leaving thinking my organs were failing. Not something that should ever happen to an otherwise healthy 23 year old. The reason I write this review now is because my mother just recently had a very severe upper respiratory infection and went to Dr. Reddy (she didn't remember that this was the doctor who had made me cry several months back). Dr. Reddy insinuated that my mother or father were being UNFAITHFUL to each other after 30years of being together. She was also rude and unfeeling towards my mother. She again subjected my mother to several unnecessary tests, all of which came back normal and didn't even give her anything for her horrible cough. She went to the ER the next day and they gave her prescription for cough syrup because she was in so much pain. Dr. Reddy is awful, you will feel significantly worse after seeing her.

The form on the website is very odd, as it has a place to check regarding the cost of the testing and how many samples you are submitting but no mechanism to provide payment. I guess I'm glad for this, since they never followed up, but it was confusing from the start and turned out to not be helpful. We've reached out numerous times with no response.
