The initial instructor I had, Anthony, was helpful and told me to call if I needed any help but if this is what happens the first time I call needing help with a question and the receptionist can't even connect me to someone who can help, I guess I'll be taking business elsewhere. I feel like a boomer writing this review, but whatever. If you like the instructor you have - get their direct contact info so you don't have to deal with rudeness and incompetence.

It's been a struggle to get medical supplies from this company. I changed insurance providers…read morerecently and my old provider was out of network. I was referred to Restoration Medical and it has been a fight to get the right medical supplies. My Insurance has told me on more than one occasion that I am entitled to at least two nasal pillow/cushions (see picture) every month, however according to Restoration Medical, I am not scheduled for replacements until every 6 months. It appears to me that they don't understand that though a nasal cushion is provided with the headgear assembly (see picture), you are entitled to replacement cushions every month. I've been back and forth between my insurer and Restoration Medical to no avail. I need my supplies and I have to switch to a provider who can manage my needs better.

I leave this review after receiving five months of physical therapy for shoulder issues. When I first started they came up with the sound set of exercises that I could do and I had a routine for every session but I had. Leah is the head of the physical therapy team. She always asks about your pain level and assesses you each day. However there is a little amount of supervision at this establishment. They seem to be understaffed and have to many patients. I actually just switch physical therapists and I'm getting physical therapy at a nearby location, which does a much more thorough job. The fact is that although they are very nice at downtown spine the quality of treatment is sub par. The availability of appointments is pretty good. They usually have many spots open. However they are not open very early in the morning. And if you are getting treatment towards the end of the day, things can seem rushed. Another thing that really bothered me about downtown spine was that you always had different physical therapists working on you. One or two of them are very good at what they do. The rest are average and often don't know exactly what you need as far as your treatment program. Some of them don't even seem to know how to stretch you the correct way. Hope this helps!

I also suffer from fibromyalgia, carpal tun el, and a number of other physical conditions (duh!!!!!! I was referred for physical therapy!!!!!!!). Walked into the office. Total chaos!!! Patients dashing in and out, charging up to the desk left and right, two women who I thought were patients having a LOUD conversation in the waiting room but who then just got up and left (?!?!?!), someone (patient? Doctor?) in one of the treatment rooms carrying on....a veritable asylum!!!!! I'm handed a clipboard and asked to fill out about 10 sheets' worth of information--no table to rest on. I have a LOT of meds and a LOT of surgeries...AND I have carpal tunnel (hey--I'm there for PT, duh!!!!) so my arm starts to go numb writing everything. Suddenly out of nowhere pops some brisk therapist who barks, "So, you're done?" No, my arm has gone numb. "Well. I need you now. What! Don't you have a med list?!?!? Why not?!?!?! That would make your life SO much easier!!!!!" Yes, I'm sure it would, but I don't, and my arm's numb, and I can't finish filling out this paperwork until the feeling comes back. You see, I have health issues, DUH, I've been referred for PT!!!! Well this just ENRAGED little Miss Efficient Therapist. She GRABBED the clipboard from my hands and stated "Come on, you'll have to just TELL me about everything that's going on with you"--but then RETURNED when she noticed that I hadn't signed the insurance forms (very important!!!!!!). I tried to follow her back to the treatment room but got MOBBED by a bunch of other patients caroming out from other treatment rooms. Did she try to help me? NOOOOP!!!!!!!! When I got back to the (shoddy and horribly run-down treatment roo m) she started examining my prescription. "Hmmmm, says here you need PT for your knee; so why are you telling me your arm is numb?" OMFG lady, where did you get your medical degree--Cracker Jack box?!?!?!?! I advised her that SURPRISE!!!!!!! It's possible--and even PROBABLE--for individuals with certain conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia to suffer in MULTIPLE parts of their bodies!!!!! At that point I had had ENOUGH!!!! I turned and walked out. I wouldn't take a DOG to see this charlatan!!!!! And neither should you!!!!! Steer clear!!!!! I don't know who or what these people are, but--I have a feeling they aren't legit. The front office is brimming with vitamins and supplements (and people traipsing in and out to buy them--they'Il knock ya over if you're not careful!!!!), the treatment room looks like something out of a 1940's film set, and the NOISE LEVEL rivals JFK at rush hour.
