We were hoping there would be more places to see in this mill complex but the couple other stores here were either going out of business or not open the day we were there. Mainly worth the drive for the Christmas market. They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.

(Ben Moore paint is high quality, it's just a preference.) Keith, Pam, and the whole staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and above all: patient. I'm really impressed with Pam's color coordinating service-we wanted a big change this year when we had our exterior painted and she was up to the challenge of finding something eye catching and a little out of the ordinary while also matching 2 slightly different roof colors (we have a detached garage). She's honest about what doesn't work! She won't just go along for the sake of it-she really wants your house to look nice. I really appreciate that.
