Unfortunately, about 6, maybe 7 months ago, we noticed a stain on the couch, so we called, and at the advice, we did nothing; we didn't want to make it worse. The insurance company we dealt with was the worst; we would call and send them pictures by email, but nothing. At first, Sundeen wanted to avoid getting involved, but after some conversations, they agreed to reach out and intervene with the insurance company. To shorten a very, very long lousy experience story, we ended up with no help, no cleaning, no replacement, nothing. We now have a dried-on stain, and we're looking for a new couch; not at Sundeen, we're looking elsewhere now. It would have just been cleaned out if we had just attempted to clean it when fresh. We tried to do the right thing and not touch and got burnt. Sundeen has lost a loyal customer over this; by all means, buy their furniture, but do not fall for the sales pitch on the protective coating and insurance. We were high and dry by both Sundeen and the insurance company. Bad form, Sundeen, bad form.

There is absolutely no store like this and truly unique finds. I send all my family and friends here. Not only that, but Sue the owner also does custom arrangements and interior design. I've often come in showing her pictures of a room, and she curates and designs a space on the spot. Sue truly has an incredibly rare talent and eye for design that cannot be imitated. Other stores may try to duplicate her looks, but they don't even come close! Sue is the real deal, and is always ahead of the trends - often setting her own. I bought a shed from Skips several weeks ago (it's now early August, 2017). It took seven weeks to…read morehave it built (yes, they custom build their stuff!) so no matter how you look at it, they're either busy, or take time to do the job right...both very good qualities to look for. It was delivered a couple of weeks ago, and the delivery guys were great! They were able to drop it exactly where I had hoped they would. Only comment I'd make here is that the salesman claimed that it would be leveled (as long as my prepared site was within 6" of level), but the delivery guys didn't even check if it was level before leaving. No big deal if your site is well prepared, but something you may want to be sure to follow up with if your site isn't perfect and level is important. But what really impressed me was the quality of the workmanship. 3/4" flooring, support studs 12" on center, is pretty solid for parking a yard tractor in. And the walls were straight and plumb, with accurately spaced 16" centerline studs, useful for "standard" Home Depot or Lowes garage organizers. All full 2" x 4" lumber. And the paint job, windows, doors, etc were all flawless. I was so impressed with the quality of the job they did that I've ordered a Pavilion Gazebo to go along with the rest of my backyard remodel. I'd driven by the Sutton store hundreds of times on my way to/from work, and was always impressed with the samples in their yard. I'm happy I finally stopped in to closely inspect their offerings!! I would highly recommend Skips for your next project.

There is a…read moreplethora of items here beyond clothing: trinkets, cds, purses, household items, small furniture, etc. The store is smaller, but the women working here are always on the move, tidying and ensuring that the space stays near perfect. The staff are incredible and very sweet. One of the younger women who works here named Kaitlyn is always there when I stop by; she is such a darling worker, and you can tell she loves what she does. Personable experiences like these makes me that much more inclined to return. Make an effort to stop by if you're in the area!
