Actually, no one ever calls back despite a lot of fake cheerfulness and promises. I wouldn't trust these people with anyone you love. My month long experience with having a family member there has been horrible. Today's typical interaction involved their insistence that a document they needed had to be sent through the USPS rather than hand delivered, a patently ridiculous, made-up rule. Of course, I took it there myself. I also witnessed nurses yelling back rudely at patients. The receptionist sounds like he's on drugs, and answers any Thank You with No Problem. Well, there's a problem, but it's not mine.
