Terrible, terrible organization. No regard for safety, toxic culture, shady with money. My daughter…read morewas part of their competitive team for 9 months (before we pulled her) and in that time: one girl jumped off the vault into an open binder and sliced open her foot; her coach broke her arm and so no one was able to safely spot the kids; their vault broke and they didn't get it fixed for weeks (during comp season); the owner is uncommunicative and deflects all accountability when issues are raised; their head coach bullied my daughter at the Provincial Championship after we pulled her from the gym. Really, really classless people. I guess Vaughan has a reputation for this kind of behaviour. Stay away....

I've gone to Allen's drop-in adult gymnastics classes three times and have had a great time! I've…read morenever done gymnastics before and the skill level of the attendees are beginner to int/advanced. The class structure involves trampolines, tumbling, and some fitness (with some pretty creative and fun exercises). Allen and everyone else are very friendly and keen on offering a hand or giving advice on skills. It's an unbeatable price for an hour of instruction and an hour of open gym ($20 the first time, $15 thereafter). I believe he teaches the gymnastics class Mondays and Fridays. Highly recommend!
