For the most part everyone is quiet and friendly and there isn't any drama. But recently the building sent out emails about what was and was not acceptable on your balcony. Dead plants, toys, bikes, etc were listed. Our balcony is always clean and presentable. We get a letter on our door saying we had to remove our lights. Seriously!? We then emailed back that all apartments allow lights on your balcony. They replied back that ANY COLOR of lights were acceptable as long as they weren't seasonal but Christmas lights had to come down. Huh? Our lights were all different colors and not "traditional " Christmas lights. So you're telling me that if we hadn't had them up around Christmas time and put them up AFTER that it would have been ok. Makes absolutely no sense. The contract has nothing about lights. The emails they sent out had NOTHING about lights. It's like they make the rules up as they go. They also nitpick people that have their small children's bikes on their balcony. We never have anything like that on ours but some people do and as long as it doesn't look trashy I don't see the problem. So do I recommend living here? They are nice apartments and quiet and not much drama BUT they ride around on their golf carts all the time trying to find a reason to fine people. Way over the top imo. We moved here in late August and until recently I would have probably gave four stars.

Sever lack of parking for the amount of units and tenants. Management will attempt to swindle you out of your deposit after leaving and will nickel and dime you while living there.

Upon arriving to the new house the couch would not fit into the house so after many tries and much damage to my couch they decided to move it to my garage where it was left until I could hire someone else to move it into the house. It cost me almost 200 for furniture repair and to move my couch from my garage into my house but because my couch was not packed properly they disputed the damage and charges. I also left water bottles all over my yard upon leaving that had to be cleaned up. I would definitely not refer this company to anyone.

They completed the repipe with one major problem due to a bad employee with an attitude. A couple…read moreof other problems however they repaired the items to my satisfaction in a timely manner. They left two large holes in my ceiling by falling through from the attic and did not offer to repair the damage. They did apologize for the damage and said they terminated the bad employee but that leaves me with repairing the damage. Their price was lower than others but left me with the repairs. Perhaps next time I will not choose a contractor by price alone.
