The trucks residents drive can be loud at times especially if they sit and idle. The pool area, club house, fitness area were always kept clean. Don Wilson one…read moreof the workers here is very rude, we contacted them first about all of our appliances being broken and he gave us attitude and told us we didn't need the new appliances because they never had this problem before and gave us a hard time before replacing out broken units. Not to mention we have had countless of problems here with maintenance entering property without advance notice and everything breaking in our apartment, I have pictures and videos of all the damages that was left and not fixed before we moved in, and just today we called because something was left on our porch by them and so when we spoke to him he lied and said I attacked maintenance which is not true I have a witness, and when we asked for corporate number he told us to read the lease and hung up on us. We do not ask for much and it's not our fault everything is breaking in the apartment that we pay for every month. They were giving notice a day before as well and now refuses too saying its in the lease which i still have yet to find where, we looked up and down in the lease and can't find where they say that they dont need to provide advance notice, they also didnt want to accommodate us when it came to our disability pets, it's not our job to do maintenance job and fix things, we have had nothing but problems and stress with this place and can not wait to move
