I had a MAF sensor fault and took my car to him twice and on each occasion, he charged me $300 without doing anything. He told me I need to change the brake fluid since it is terribly dirty, need to change the antifreeze system, need to change the transmission cable, and quote $750. Afterward, I showed my car to three different mechanics including Ford. All of them said the brake fluid is pretty clean, with no issues with the transmission cable and antifreeze. All I need to change is the MAF sensor.
