Wow! Elijah is INCREDIBLE!! I looked on Yelp for a process server and came across his company, along with a couple others. One company didn't respond and another charged $125 for 3 only attempts. BirdDog Delivery charges $120 for 5 attempts. When I called BirdDog Delivery, Elijah answered the phone right away. He made me feel comfortable with his knowledge and communication over the phone. He stated he could meet me the following day, which he did. The transaction was swift and I felt very confident in his abilities to get the other party served. After our meeting, Elijah went straight to the other party's location & let me know he was served, all within a half hour of leaving our meeting! I'm pretty speechless as I didn't expect this to go as swiftly and easy as it did! I completely recommend BirdDog Delivery for any process serving services you need!!! I'm very sad to post a negative review. I really thought this company would be able to help me. I paid $95 for absolutely nothing. Not even communication explaining what is happening. Months have gone by, the judge gave me an extension and still no communication or documentation showing what's been done. A refund would be nice as I now have to find another company to do this job. *** UPDATE*** The judge just granted our case in our favor, and I'd have to say thanks for the detailed documentation to the court. Although the party wasn't served, the 17 attempts really showed how much was tried ! & That's all we could've asked for. read more

I had a tight deadline to get someone served. I dropped the papers off to Elijah and he took off and immediately went to work. He did beyond his due diligence to attempt to serve him. He made 8 attempts in a day and a half, in 4 different places located very far from each other. While the party I had to serve has a history of evading service, Elijah knew I had to have it filed with the court house by EOD. He called me immediately after his last attempt, filed proof of service my mail, a declaration of due diligence and sent me the appropriate paperwork in a matter of minutes so that I was able to rush to get to the courthouse and file the paperwork before the court house closed today. Yes, I'm adding to the multiple honest 5-star reviews. BirdDog helped me on December 28, 2023. I hired them to serve my live-in longtime partner, with an emergency domestic violence restraining order, stating my partner must vacate immmediately. I was so scared to my soul, worried that he would kill me, I was hiding shaking between cars across the street. I had no idea what I was doing and was pretty frantic, basically freaking out. Mr BirdDog was so chill, he knew exactly how to organize my papers, happily walked across to my unit and served him. I offered a police escort, but he said no, implied he didn't need one. He talked me down from my freak out attack, made me feel valued and protected during my time of great need. And he responded so quickly!
