He then proceeded to ask if he could deliver them the next day. When I stated no, that defeats the purpose, the man proceeded to say "okay well we will see, you're hard to find". Needless to say, flowers were never delivered. Husband had to call the next morning and received the same excuse and requested to just cancel. The gentleman then basically upset hung up on him. Horrible service and will not use again or recommend. Beware

Also the flowers from BJ's were of poorer quality and higher prices than the flowers delivered by other florists in the area. I cannot recommend them to anyone and will never use them again.

Instead no call, no show. When I called they said it's leaving on the truck now, wait now? It's 1:45pm, and now no one is home until midnight. What a day to ruin a special surprise for a $176 worth of flowers on a very special occasion. I do not recommend ordering here especially if you're expecting a on-time delivery as they lack communication.
