We looked at each other as what appeared to be the manager fawned over one woman trying on dresses for a wedding, and the other devoted her attention to their "favorite customer" who had come in after we had. I finally said to the other ignored customer, "I must look like I'm not here to buy clothing." Focusing mostly on women's apparel, this store also has a section for menswear and children's clothing and there is even a pretty large selection of home items. The fabrics are mostly florals, with beautiful colors and designs. They are reminiscent of Laura Ashley or Vera Bradley, but with more bold colors and different designs. If there are people with you who are bored with shopping, they can sit down on the main floor and visit with the birds that live in the store. The clearance center has some good deals and there are often items on sale on the main floor, but the real deals are found in the basement. I've seen items priced as low as $20, and there are usually racks of clothing that are 40% off. Most recently, I found some very pretty items that will be put away for future gift giving. There are comfortable dressing rooms, plenty of parking out front and even if you don't buy anything, the atmosphere of this beautiful store is worth the visit.
