Waiter gave paying customers a hard time, snickering at questions about whether menu items contain animal ingredients, complaining to vegan customers and saying, "Why do you vegans always have to make everything so hard for "no reason"?". So insulting and offensive, and the water disgustingly muttered under his breath, "fucking vegan freaks" as he walked away from the table. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE behaviour, and I am disturbed and appalled by such prejudice, hateful behaviour against a group of people that simply decide not to eat animals because they want to minimize the harm they do to animals and the planet. I would never recommend this dump to anyone. If you're looking to be personally insulted and have hateful staff insult you for your ethical choices, then this is the right place to go to. Vegans are people, just like everyone else, and just want to enjoy a good meal and a pint, like everyone else does. Just because vegans choose a different lifestyle doesn't mean it's ok for your staff to treat them like utter dirt.
