Spicy carne asada tacos with rice and beans

So delicious omgggg. I ordered two street tacos with rice beans, I made my tacos spicy and omg they were so good. The meat is cooked very well and the salsa was perfect as well. I love how they cook the beans and the rice was perfect and soft. The service was amazing both people inside were very sweet!! The were quick to take orders and with like seven in front of me it took like 15 minutes. They have a nice seating area and everything was very clean.

Probably the best Mexican food I've ever had, absolutely the best "Taco Truck" I've ever had. It's so good, everything fresh, clean environment, great service. I had a major craving for Birria Tacos and since we just moved to Oroville we didn't know where to go so using Yelp we found this cute little food truck! It was 100 degrees outside and we got here 15 minutes before closing and the nicest woman said Hello. Told her sorry we are so last minute and she said It's OK. The birria tacos were so fantastic and the consommé was so flavorful! I was in heaven. My husband and I love the quesabirria tacos! My son loved the birria too but got a burrito too! His GF loved her super burrito as well. We will definitely be back to this place real soon read more

Sabor!!! Amazing the BEST food truck in Oroville you will not be unsatisfied. We come from San Jose,CA and one bite we were pleasantly surprised. The other food trucks we have tried here seems like their is no flavor just canned beans and Orange rice no flavor at all. The food here was Very flavourful and you can taste the love and heart that go into all their food fresh and homemade. Vallarta Grill looked like a good option so we headed over. This was a Saturday evening (about 6pm)... they were busy, but had no trouble seating us within a couple minutes (the host had to duck out to clean the booth for us). The menu is very complete - lots of options! It was honestly tough to make a choice. I chose the Lamb Shank, which included an enchilada. I was given the choice of ground beef, shredded beef or chicken for the enchilada. I asked if I could somehow upgrade to a shrimp enchilada and was politely declined. My date chose the chile verde. I also ordered coconut shrimp as an appetizer. First up was the coconut shrimp - first impression: I was surprised at how "flat" they were! Obviously it was intentional, but flatter than anything I've seen or had before. I jokingly called them "road kill shrimp" and my date slapped me. They were good, though, and I understood and appreciated the reason(s) for flattening them - more surface area for the breading, even cooking and easy to scoop up the yummy sauce. Next up were the main dishes - the Lamb Shank was good... imo, I would have liked the sauce to be a little thicker, but the flavor was good. I really liked the enchilada too. I didn't have a ton of the rice and beans just because I normally don't eat much of that - but it was good, better than I've had elsewhere! I had a bite of my friend's chile verde too and give it a thumbs up. I love flan. I was full enough that I didn't need to order flan, but I couldn't leave without giving the flan a try. I'm glad I did! The flan was very good, some of the best I've had in a while. Overall, great meal and I wouldn't hesitate to drop by again if I was in the area.
