To start we had the arepa with lobster, octopus salad, empanadas de pollo, and Bofongo with pork. For dinner we had a few orders of fish tacos, red snapper with Maduro, and fried chicken with white rice and beans.The arepa was sweet, fresh out the fryer, crispy and filled with fresh flavorful lobster. The bofongo was out of this world! I was blown away by the flavor profile. It was a perfect combo of sweet and savory and paired with the pickled onions created an explosion with each bite.
