I offer professional knife sharpening service and can put a proper edge on a knife to meet your meal preparation needs. I use a Tormek T-8 - the ultimate machine for knife sharpening. This machine allows me to put an exact bevel angle on your knife edge so that it performs at its peak. I use a 200 grit wheel to set the bevel and a 1000 grit wheel to refine that edge. I promise that you will be very satisfied with the results.
