Called Precision and he was booked and had no room for another snowblower but he said he would reserve a spot as someone picked up their unit. Although he could not look at my unit for a few days he advised where he gets tire work done and advised I would be better served dealing with them directly as they would likely take care of my problem faster and perhaps at less cost.
