Handling of arrangements and planning of services for the day was beyond my expectations, attention to detail was impeccable. We had some special requests, they were accommodating make us feel well cared for. The amount of support I received navigating through all arrangements, I cannot put into words. Danny was always available to me seems like 24/7. My dad passed away on Christmas Day, Danny was in contact with me on that day. I knew on Christmas Eve the time was coming to end, both Jeff and Danny took time away from their families to check in with me . When he should have been spending time with there families. You were not supposed to have certain things out, but we have noticed within the past six months that the people with the ground headstones put whatever They want out including glass flags (which my grandfather who is in Pearl Harbor, his American flag gets taken every time we put it up) we went today on Mother's Day and there were people having a full blown block party with a barbecue and music. I understand this certain types of celebration of life, but there is a time in place in a cemetery is not the place. It was extremely disrespectful gutwrenching and beyond upsetting to the point where I was crying I have complained about this before and nothing has gotten done we can't put out simple things that are in the rules without being taken Yet the people with the ground headstones can do whatever they like.
