I've lived here for over 30 years, so I understand the heat of the desert. The RV Park is not able to accommodate the electrical needs for the amount of people staying at the park. Most of the guest this week staying here for the fair were not able to use their AC units. I had to leave three days early and find a new place to stay. This was a huge inconvenience. Since my child was showing animals all week. The Red ants were everywhere, they charge a dollar a minute to use the showers. The whole area is barren with few trees for shade. no outside tables. It was really disappointing.

He gets up and puts out bird feed every morning so that by the time you wake up birds will be all a flutter outside your windows. How amazing is that? Even if I never made it out of bed before 11. They also provide fresh bread, eggs, milk and a little OJ to get you started that first morning ... or to devour that first night after hitting up the local bars. Whatever. At first sight, we were all speechless at the beauty and aesthetics of the home. The grounds is very well kept with trees, foliage, and garden fountains. Lee, the property manager is such a delight. He gave us a tour of the home and showed us where all the amenities were like the wi-fi password, extra linens, coffee maker, and television. The inside of the home was stylishly decorated and comfortable. The view alone is something that was truly spectacular. The beds were very soft and we had a great night sleep in them. We highly recommend this home to anyone wishing to stay in Bisbee.

My criteria are as follows and the results are: 1) ease of access to and from public or private ground transportation [Score: 4.0]; 2) convenient and safe parking [Score : 4.0]; 3) access, accuracy and convenience of check in and check out [Score: 3.5]; 4) atmosphere, ambience, public facilities, lounging areas and access to an office center and Wi-Fi access [Score: 3.5]; 5) overall customer service - including but not limited to Hospitality, Support Services, Concierge knowledge, communication, attitude and demeanor of staff [Score: 2.0]; 6) quality, cleanliness, value, convenience, amenities (i.e., ironing board, iron, TV, charging access, phone, et.al.) and comfort of rooms, beds, room safe and/or valet services [Score: 3.5]; Taking all the aforementioned categories in a scale of 1 star to 5 stars with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best a hotel can be! This hotel rates a: 3.0. Most positive point(s) at this hotel is/are: the history and owner effort to maintain it heritage while making it comfortable to today's standards. My price to value to overall assessment: pretty good. The most negative aspects... A major caveat for making overall comparisons is the age of the hotel. In spite of an incredible amount of effort in modernizing, it holds some issues especially for anyone with mobility issues. It long staircases and the hilly environment surrounding the hotel should be a forethought rather than an afterthought in staying at the Hotel Warner.

I have twice stayed in the "traveler" rooms: four rooms that share bath facilities. There are, of course, full service rooms. If you want modern conveniences in the rooms, you're probably best looking elsewhere. For example, there are no televisions or telephones. Although there is a general kitchen and entertainment area that is shared by the guests. It's very nice and gives you the opportunity to mingle. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel is extremely clean. The manager was extremely accommodating. It was Valentine's Day and she had made cupcakes and a wine cooler for all guests in the common area. Also, if you are returning visitor, they should give you a discount! And the location is terrific. All in all, it is a lovely and comfortable place to stay.
