Their caregivers are compassionate, skilled, very patient, and consistently go beyond their normal duties to ensure he is safe and happy. Office staff couldn't be any nicer. They are attentive, easy to communicate with, quick to answer and any questions or concerns, and have been consistent with their services, and willingness to go the extra mile in making sure all of grandpa's needs are met.
