There was one nurse that was extremely helpful and empathetic to the feeling of having to put a loved one in care and I really appreciated her. I wish I remembered her name. However, the people who handle the intake and behind-the-scenes paperwork, we're not very nice at all. We continue to get the runaround on who we needed to speak to to sign the final paperwork for her transfer to Las Vegas. And when we attempted to try to ask one of them for help she shrugged us off and was saying it's not her area and was very rude. Once I called her out on it, she tried to be a little bit nicer so it may have been from stress. However, that is not how you treat the loved ones of the people who live at your care facility. But since that only affects us, and not how my grandmother felt there, I'm only deducting one star. We would use this care facility again in the future if we had to for a short period of time.
