This latest trip, I decided to replace my tires before the 10 hour trip home. I called the dealership on Monday (was told tires would be delivered next day). Show up for my service appointment on Wednesday and was told the tires hadn't arrived. Rescheduled for Thursday. Got a call Thursday noon still no tires. I am now officially done being jerked around by the dealership. Found Spies in a Google search, called, spoke with Joel and told him what I needed. By Friday at 1:26 (for 1:00 appointment) I had my new tires and the service was top notch. Even if you are a brand new customer they will treat as if you've been one for 20 years.
