While I had no serious complaints about the treatment or care provided him, their customer service left a bad taste and I decided to move him to another daycare. A simple request on my part, to change the password for their cameras (I loved having the cameras to check in, especially in the beginning since he was a new rescue) which they used to do regularly, was met with derision. I had a personal situation that I did explain to them, and was blown off. After a couple of weeks I asked again as to whether the password would be changed, and was given a bunch of excuses and then told changing the password was "on the list of things to do". (Watch out ladies!) The last time I brought him, four weeks after my first request, I very nicely and sadly explained that I had felt really uncomfortable leaving him there that morning, and that I'd have to cancel next week if the password wasn't changed because it was really getting to me and adding to an already stressful situation. I had to cancel the following week since the password had not been changed. Then I noticed ALL my appointments had been cancelled (I was pre-booked for several months). I emailed and asked if I had mistakenly done that, or had they? I never received a response, which is a response in itself considering they always responded to emails within an hour or two. Several business days passed, so I'm writing this review. The pathetic thing is that several times they "forgot" to do his nails, even though he was scheduled to have them done, and I always said "no problem, next week is fine!!" I had also helped out one of the staff personally. I was always friendly, flexible, helpful and understanding, yet got absolutely crappy customer service in return. After reading a few previous employees reviews I may have a better understanding as to why this happened (watch out ladies). Like I said, very disappointing. Thankfully I had already checked out another place just a few blocks further away while waiting to see if they would ever bother to change the password. That's what some business people don't understand, there's always somewhere else, and bad reviews live forever.

My only concern was that after she came back from this place my dog shed hair like crazy ! For 3 months she shed hair to the point that she got few bold spots here and there. I read in the internet that dogs go through this when they are subjected to stressful or traumatizing situations, the other only other thing I can think of is the quality of the products used on my dog..... Nothing out of the routine happened to my dog that I could blame for her losing her hair....... She was not taking medication and she was not sick..... I came to this conclusion after many years of dealing with them with my two dogs. I considered many times going elsewhere and wish I had done so. They see your pet as a dollar sign, nothing more. They will recommend numerous tests that an upset pet owner may agree to, yet I have found when I questioned things and asked what if we do this one test first and then go from there, they would agree, and I found doing this one thing as a first step was all that was required to solve my pets issue. The other costs and tests often were not necessary. They are looking to upsell you on things you may not need. They also failed to respond to my calls or emails on a number of occasions. I will never take another dog to this "business". A previous dog I owned was always treated at another veterinary clinic (they've since closed, vet retired). Don't let previous reviews get you down…read more New to the area with no regular vet yet, I brought my cat deedee in due to some urinary issues she was having. I got a same day appointment on a saturday no less, and was nervous about bringing my anxious cat to a new vet since she's been used to the same one for years. Boy am I glad I did! This place was fantastic. Huge waiting area separated into cats and dog areas, snack bar and refreshments available. Large spacey inner waiting rooms with tvs. On our rooms tv, there was birds eating seeds which help keep my cat distracted from where she was. They also have their own lab on site so no need to wait days for results! From the front desk helpers, to the vet techs, to the actual doctor. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming and DID NOT PRESSURE!! I can't stress that enough. I did not feel pressured to empty my wallet at all. I was given multiple options and price ranges so I would feel comfortable with what was needed. Was this place uber cheap? No, of course not. Vet's never are, but the fact that I was treated so well here made me a very happy customer. Fast forward a week and a bit and my baby is feeling much better, and is back to her normal self.
