Everything was great when I first wanted to rent from them. After they received my first payment they could have cared less. Never missed a single payment as I paid with direct deposit each month. When I gave them 30 days notice they all of sudden didn't answer their phones. When I finally did get a hold of someone he was a complete prick. I also heard them arguing on the phone with other customers while i was with them. I can't believe they are still in business.

The…read moreother day I came in to buy boxes (to once again prepare for another move) and I was greeted with two workers who both said hello to me upon entry (very pleasant). The lady working was helpful when I was unsure if I needed the extra large or just the large boxes. I got the bulk of extra large boxes and she explained the whole, awesome buy back deal (if you don't use the boxes, they'll buy back the extras), which is pretty sweet. I'll update my review if anything changes, like I said, I come to this U-Haul lots, I move a lot, a lot (away and back to Bismarck).

But wait, the 6 x 12 enclosed trailer could only be used for one way, according to staff. I could not do a same day rental. I could drive to Jamestown, pick that one up, and drop it off in Bismarck. Because it would then be a one way rental. I needed the trailer, so that is what I did. Only to find out from the Jamestown crew that Interstate U-haul staff were full of s__t. I still needed the trailer, only to find out that since it was a one way rental I had to pay over $170. Not the $39 the original reservation was for. Jamestown staff did admit they hear numerous complaints from customers about the Bismarck location. My question to corporate will be, "how much is u-haul going g to pay me for delivering a U-haul trailer from Jamestown to Bismarck?"
