I'm not one to put lipstick on a problem to cover it up so called them in and although understaffed they came promptly and we ripped into my walls to find a broken pipe! Bob was amazing!! Although a very slow leak, and extremely old hard wood. He treated the area to be safe. So blessed that there wasn't more wrong! He explained why things didn't look worse and did a great job cleaning up! Offered to treat again after we replace to pipe just to be sure and they can even repair the wall itself!
