We had a door and 2 windows installed. I have 5 reasons I gave a 2 star rating. Here are the…read morereasons. First reason is the contractor showed up late around 10am and left around 3pm. Second reason, didnt clean up messes. Third reason, didnt finish in a timely manner, took a little over a week to do when it was a 2 day project. Also contractor got hurt which is fine but didnt return to work for 4 to 5 days. We had to call company because we had other contractors set up to work on the house but couldn't until doors and windows were finished so this company sent another person to install them after 2 days of no work being done. Fourth reason is there are some mistakes like 2 nails sticking out on the wall which we have to cut and shave down to be able to put up the siding on the house. Fifth reason is we ordered a kick plate on the door but we didnt get one. So these are my reasons for 2 star rating. This is a warning if you need something done quickly because you have something else setup I wouldn't go with these guys unless you dont mind them taking their time.
