I wouldn't have complained about this normally, although in this case there were several factors which gave me room to start the Yelp journey. A. Given the price it was fair if it was what I received. As shown in the accompanying photos it indicates the actual donair weight without the pita (which missed the mark) was only a half pound, there was a definite lack of onions and tomatoes further illuminating the lack of sauce on the donair which actually had no cheese which I had to pay an up-charge for. B. This is not the first time this has happened and as such my sympathy for the business (although popular) is lacking due to a lack of effort by whoever was cooking. (Of note, it is Father's Day and it was very busy, though I would have preferred the proper food vs something quickly pushed to the side with lower quality.) Of note, it's a great place, though there is definite room for improvement before I can in good conscience say the food matches the ambiance. Hopefully these hiccup's can be avoided in future through better commitment to quality control. First thing first, Bluebarn is a roaster. Bluebarn sells awesome coffee. Delicious coffee. Aromatic coffee. Rich coffee. Wake me up coffee. Get the idea?
