I ordered the Steak Tartar appetizer, My wife (Caesar Salad), our daughter (Burger) and after an hour we were still without food. These are not complicated items!!! Guests that were seated after us were getting their meals quickly. When I questioned things (in English), I was looked down on and said it is on its way. When it finally did arrive the toast was burnt. I asked politely to replace it. 15 minutes later I still could not start my meal. When I questioned once again, the waiter argued with me. It was obviously the fact that I was English, even though my wife speaks French very well. Save your money and try La Buvette Du Centro (Great Patio, Food and service), just down the street.

It was for me!…read more At first I wasn't sure I had found the right building, because there aren't any signs outside that say cat cafe, and the old sign above the door says it's a clothing store. Also, the door was locked but a sign in French said to ring the doorbell and wait to be admitted. It makes sense to keep the door locked so the kitties don't run outside when the door opens. A friendly Volunteer let us in, welcomed us, and explained the rules of the cafe and mission of the animal rescue. She was fluent in French and English. It was fun to drink coffee and eat a croissant here because cats are walking everywhere, jumping on visitors' laps and tables, and generally being curious and playful. I counted at least a dozen different cats and probably missed a bunch in my count because they were sleeping in hidden places. Every single one was a beautiful creature. I am happy that this fantastic rescue group of volunteers has given them all a great life and a chance to be adopted into a forever home.
