They served delicious little snack crackers with the tea. Often these are shrimp crackers that leave a taste in your mouth like you've licked an old sea net. It was clearly cooked fresh with delicate vegetables that didn't overwhelm the omelet. I've had it from one other Chinese restaurant in Zwolle and the one I had here was far superior. It is served here in Holland with sweet sauce. That's initially a shock but in this case, the sauce was subtle and complimentary to the dish versus the other place where the omelet was just drowning in sticky goo.
