In the past month my computer broke twice! The first time they were able to repair it in under a week. Although it was expensive, it was nonetheless very much worth it. Yesterday, one of my startup disks failed, leaving me computerless. I was under pressure for a deadline and didn't know what to do. I called Apple who booked me an appointment with Gravis today. They said they could not troubleshoot the issue and it would take 12 days. Then I went to Apple, no appointments for the next week. With nowhere else to turn I went to Imazing.
