During the delay time, they never reached me actively. Each time I called for checking the progress, they just kept saying the repair would be done the next week, and obviously not. They just didn't care!! No doubt the worst repair service I've ever had. (updated) After I went to the shop and complained, they found a way to fix my MacBook, did a detail system check and didn't charge me anything. A couple of shops (including betterworxs which by the way I found very unfriendly) quoted me 170 Euros to change the trackpad and they would keep my mac for a week. These guys opened the mac straight away, cleaned the trackpad and my mac is now working perfectly. I gave them 10 Euros for their time and their honesty. I would strongly recommend them.
