Additionally, there was an older staff member who was loudly cursing and creating a disturbance in the dining area, making comments such as, "Watch, there's still customers." This was unprofessional and took away from the dining experience. We've been loyal customers for years because we've always enjoyed the food and welcoming atmosphere. That's why this visit was especially disappointing. It's unfortunate because this is one of the few family-owned seafood restaurants in the area, and we've always enjoyed supporting it. We sincerely hope this was an isolated experience, but after this visit, we're left questioning whether we'll return.
