Bad management, I was tricked into writing a good review , but I made a purchase for 80$ plus tax. It wasn't the right item. I came back to the store minutes later to make an exchange. They did not want to exchange me full refund of item so I basically lost $40 they made exchange for cheaper item that was only 39.99 but refused to give me credit or refund for my 40$ balance I feel like its unfair they gave bad customer service and the manager or store owner was very rude I would never go back and wish I could take my good review they tricked me into writing up for a discount I didn't even get!!! Now I'm depressed because I could have gotten someone a gift with that extra money they took from hard working customer read more

I was excited when the one on 1960 opened up. My favorite hair dye is usually sold at smoke shops, so I went in with high hopes. Fair warning: they sell adult "toys". Not a big deal to me, but there is no notification that you're walking into a store that is half adult toys and lingerie. But that is not the reason this place is getting 1 star. The people behind the counter are beyond rude and obnoxious. It took a good minute of me standing there and saying "excuse me, can you help me please?" before they stopped chatting about their hangovers/casual hook-ups and finally acknowledged me. When I asked "do you guys sell hair dye?" the women behind the counter scoffed at me like I said something offensive and replied "oh god no. We wouldn't sell that shit here." ... so they have dildos openly displayed, but hair dye is offensive? I'm sure they have a great selection... but I'd have to agree with another review. It seems like the employees are there as a probation requirement based on their attitudes. I won't be returning and I tell everyone who mentions this store that they can be expected to be treated like I was. read more

The employees at Bizarre Bazaar on 1960, near Jones, are proof of the horrible circumstance faced by the unemployed in this country. The unemployed want to work, some would do anything to work, yet people like the morons at the 1960 Bizarre Bazaar could care less about their job. Apparently, their job mainly consists of sitting around and chit chatting while the customers stand unattended and in need of a smoking utensil for their flavored tobacco. The only reason the 1960 Bizarre Bazaar got one star is because of its selection. They don't have everything, but they do have a huge selection of quite a few things. But because of the bimbos behind the counter, especially the one who wore the pin that read, "I love my f------ job," I wouldn't tell anyone to go there. Instead, go right down the street to the place that's on the corner of Jones and 1960 or even a little farther down Jones to the other place. Even at those places, you'll get people who don't know what they're selling. It appears that they are there just to "look" cool, but they end up looking like poor hiring decisions by the management. read more

I started coming here last year and found the staff to be the complete opposite of the previous review. I find the selection of supplies a bit limited, but affordable, and although it's not the shiniest new shop in town, I feel like Mikey's been a very helpful guy and the women I've encountered have always been friendly and chatty with me. I guess wherever you go, there you are. A little out of my way so I've been going to the 2920 location for ecig filters and liquid nicotine and the prices are lower than any place below 1960. I'm giving a solid four stars because of the service I've always received here, if not the selection. Sorry that other dude's experience sucked. Bad reviews are one way of helping the business improve, so I ain't hatin' on him or anyone. Just another perspective. Peace~ read more

I'd like to give them less than 1 star, but thats not an option. Beware of this place, don't bother going there. They sell broken stuff and don't give refunds. The manager told us we could return our cigarette rolling machine when we got home and it was broken. We took it back and they didn't have another one, but kept it and told us to come back for an exchange in 2 days. We waited 2 days and then were told it would be another week. After a week, we were told they couldn't get us one at all and wouldn't give money back. The best they would offer is store credit, but we wanted a cigarette rolling machine and not the other trash they sell.....besides, it would be junk too!!!! The employees are rude and you'd cross the street if you had to pass one of them on the sidewalk. I'm pretty sure working there is a condition of their probation or something, you'd do better shopping yard sales than this place. read more

Just ignore his customers. So I probably will not be going back to this place. I probably be making a further drive to another one that actually realizes that they have customers in the store and offers to help them. Imagine you do people walking out because you're ignoring them then why are you there at a job that require you to talk to people?

They have a rewards program and staff is pretty friendly along with being helpful. There's two areas: The bar area and Humidor area. One area is quiet, the other is a party! I went on a Saturday. They had a DJ. I went back on a Sunday just to kick back again. And guess what? They had a DJ! They partied and vibed all weekend long. It was definitely worth the trip!

The staff are super friendly and welcoming, shout-out to Bryan (the general manager?) and the official judge for the event. Plus I had a great conversation with him and Michael(?) about MTG; they're definitely very passionate about board & card games. They have anti-scalping policies in place for Pokemon. As for the space itself, decent amount of parking (more in the back). They're very popular for Warhammer, so there's a ton of product for those who play, and several tables set-up with many people playing all afternoon next to us (the 'playing hall' is pretty large!). They also have an aisle with board games for sale, and a counter with TCG products. Restrooms are spacious and clean. All in all, The Forge is pretty much all you can ask for in a LGS; they're also independently owned! I wish I live closer, but I'll definitely be here again soon!

I met this man yesterday got some items treating me well then treated me even better the next day which now I am leaving my review. I don't know who needs to hear this and see this but you need to come to Vape City Bizarre Bazaar by Vape City come see my guy Michael he's a real deal I can't promise you that he's going to treat you the way he treated me hell he may even treat you better but you have to do him the same but if not it just wasn't meant for you but mine happened organically. It was super late or super early whichever way you want to look at it and I'm sure the guy was ridiculously tired but he followed us and answered all five million questions we had about stuff we didn't even want. I heard from a friend that bizarre bizarre moves and they had some good deals on glass.. so I came in and I tell you whut boy this is the cheapest quality glass I've found.
