The second time I called, they told me it may take about 25 minutes to get to me. So they did let me know there would be a delay. Both times, the drivers were courteous. I was unable to book a traditional limo due to Covid-19 restrictions, but they could operate their Chevy Suburban fleet, which was just fine by me.
