They were absolutely phenomenal and took me right in when the climate control blower motor on my father's old Volvo had met its demise. A/C in any part of Florida is a necessity, not a luxury. Especially in Miami during September and October. They kept me up-to-date via text every step of the way, which was so refreshing and completely surprising. Whereas in the past, I have had car repair shops do whatever they pleased and charged whatever they want. Nothing was done until I gave permission, which deserves absolute recognition. When it came to pricing, I was pleasantly surprised given the fact that Volvo, even as old as ours is, still falls under the category of "European luxury" normally with very high repair costs. The actual cost of everything fell below the national average for the job. They made an almost 80 year-old Vietnam veteran very happy and he was very pleased with the work they did on his Volvo XC90. If I end up, settling in the Cutler Bay, Kendall, or even Doral area(s), they most definitely will be my go-to mechanic for my vehicles.

When I got there they asked me what I wanted and instantly got to work. Think the entire process took about a half hour, so I left to eat but they let me know if it was going to take longer or that it was ready! They offered snacks and drinks while waiting. The receptionist was also very sweet and even though there was a little communication trouble we were able to talk. Would definitely come back here again and recommend !!

Came in for a bent/scratched wheel and Frank was very kind, caring and easy to talk to. We had some minor communication issues on the service, but he was upfront and honest, correcting the error quickly. The service quality for my wheel ended up being absolutely superb and for a great price! I don't think I'll ever even try other places.
