absolutely lousy!! There is only one person manning the whole area and "they" don't even try to stay on top of the cars so the line can move along. I have seen the attendants have a break down and actually close the lines. it is not their fault. Because of the shortage of employees they only open 3 lines though they can manage more. Opening and closing during stated hours would be nice. We pulled into the BJ's in Brookfield, Connecticut at 8:50 PM on a Sunday night. Scanned my credit cards and nothing. Machine is frozen with my credit card in the machine unable to extract. Attendant started placing cones behind cars at the pumps. They didn't care if you were pumping gas or not. The attendant said they were closed and the pumps were shut down. After a few minutes the pump released my credit card and I was off to find another station. I guess this attendant didn't care about you or me or his job. He just wanted to go home. Costco here I come. read more

the gas lines are totally unorganized, cars coming in at two sides and getting in front of other cars that were waiting on the other side, only one attendant who has to pick out which car to choose who is next, only the most aggresive drivers get up next, I can't blame the workers it's the fact that everything is so unorganized. it's a complete disaster, I ended up begging these two young girls to let me in the line next because I had been there for over 40 minutes but my car was at the wrong angle and the other line was being put in before me. Typical wait time is typically 30 minutes to an hour. A half hour is with 2 attendants which they often don't have. Sometimes just 1. The Terminals are just one way. Most vehicles take gas on the left side so that leaves the available terminals being used at only a little more than half the capacity. read more

Gas is cheap, but I hadn't been in a while, so I came in the wrong way. So the piece of caesium that was next or the 80 year old chihuahua​ looking attendant had enough balls to approach me. So he went in to and cancelled the sale while I tried to pay. In the area and I figured the price per gallon is always cheap. So guess what? This is the most disorganized gas station I have ever seen. There's only one pump per island and there's only one attendant with a ridiculously long line of vehicles. The whole subdivision is being remodeled and it's totally in disrepair: Try getting out of this is like a maze. BJ'S has to do something about this site. It's pretty pathetic. read more

Service is really bad here. Not enough attendants here and the ones working are slow and inefficient.

The only benefit here (and its a pretty good one) is the price per gallon of gas. After that its a disaster. It seems BJs uses its standard pump configuration that they use for states that allow self pumping. It doesnt work here. Firstly it is a pain getting to the station. You have to zigzag through parking lots and stop signs. Secondly it is the only station I've ever seen that forces you to do a u turn in limited space to queue up for gas. Thirdly there are plenty of pumps but there are not enough personnel to man them. Consequently pumps are always closed and lines long. So if you are willing to brave the obstacles it may be worth it for the price. Your call. read more

Hands down the most poorly designed gas station I have patronized. Only 1 pump per island and very little room to line up while waiting. Never enough people working. Gas is very inexpensive ($1.61.9 today) but it always takes too long. I can only assume that they didn't plan properly when designing the facility. There is not enough free space in front of the tire center as well - backing out after job completion is risky, at best. read more

i ordered online pick up got to the store there were 8 parking spots for pick up. Every spot had empty cars in them. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come out, an old hassidic man came out I asked if he was here for online he shrugged his shoulder. then two Mexican women came to their car I asked the same question they gave me the middle finge then a Middle aged white woman came out, same thing. If you have a BJs card you get 10 cents off per gallon. It's worth it if you also shop in bulk. Once you get to the pump, you usually get a polite attendant. However, sometimes the lines are ridiculously long. Also, some attendants let you gas up at opposite gas tank sides and some don't. A little consistency would be nice. read more

Excellent gas prices here. Usually 2 to 5 cents cheaper than the guy by my house. There are a bunch if lanes but usually a crowd as well. You don't have to be a member to buy gas here but sometimes they have specials for members if you make a purchase in the club. read more

I am upping my BJ's gas rating to a 3. Got gas here yesterday & couldn't help but to notice how quickly the pump filled my tank. It used to take forever for the pumps to pump! I asked the attendant if it was my imagination & I was told they had been fixed that morning! About time but better late than never. I'll see how my next fill up goes. read more

Prices are good, but that's where the benefits stop. It's 8am now, drive time with everyone going to work. They have 4 lanes opened with only 1 pump per lane and 2 employees working. Cars are lined up as a result. Costco gas is priced around the same and is managed So Much better. This is NOT an isolated occurrence. Happens all of the time here. read more
