The overall quality was surface-level and no different from the standard service I had been receiving--completely unacceptable given the price I was charged. I was never given anything in writing outlining what a move-out clean included or excluded--I assumed the cleaning team would complete the move-out tasks required by my apartment, which I had clearly outlined and left for them, including basic expectations like removing a visible stain from the carpet. Apparently, spot cleaning a stain is not a service this "professional" cleaning company provides...in what world does that make any sense??! After the cleaning, I reached out requesting an itemized breakdown of how the time was spent and what tasks were completed to justify the significantly higher charge, and was told that information could not be provided. The communications manager, Ruben, was dismissive, unhelpful, took zero accountability, and showed no interest in resolving the issue. After reviewing other customer feedback, I noticed a pattern of similar complaints--one review even mentioned Ruben directly. As someone who supported this business consistently, this felt like a complete disregard for customer trust. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on the lack of transparency, overcharging, and truly deplorable customer service. UPDATE: I returned to the apartment to remove the spot on the carpet. When I started vacuuming, I was absolutely shocked by how much debris was being picked up. After vacuuming only the bedroom and living area, the attached photo shows the amount of dust and debris collected. UNBELIEVABLE! I have no idea what I paid for--I was completely ripped off.
