I tried calling like 15 to 20 times before I was able to get someone to answer the phone, the woman that answered said she didn't know anything about it and transferred me to someone else. The second person I talked to said that the float was stuck and that was the problem so not sure what the problem was if any when the service guy said he couldn't find a problem. The service fee was $250 and not sure if anything was even wrong but she said that is the charge even if nothing is done!
