She is a good listener and excellent bartender in my opinion. The weekends are for karaoke and we all get to sing out our hearts desire . When I came to see for myself, The former server Lilly was behind the bar, and one of the cooks that worked at Khalils works there as well I forgot her name. I went on a slow Tuesday night because I did hear former Khalils staff was working here. When your favorite bar closes and you find out where the staff went, you know how it is. You want to go where they go. I did see some of the regulars from Khalils as well. Lilly was behind the bar that night and after doing some small catching up, she does tell me I have to order at the bar, there is no table service. I ordered a Blue Moon, Cheese Curds, and their burger. I get my cheese curds first and they were awesome. The burger on the other hand, I won't say it was terrible but, it wasn't great either. I don't blame the cook one bit, I'm sure it's just the brand MGs uses, the cook there is just as good as she was at Khalils. And the Blue Moon tasted the way a Blue Moon should. I will say this place does have a good amount of space. They have pool tables, Dart Boards, and gaming machines. They even have a stage for bands. I have only been here once so far and if it wasn't for Lilly and the cook there, I probably wouldn't return at all. I have yet to see Amanda who also worked at Khalils. I have yet to meet the owner of this place as well and look forward to trying their other foods.

My buddy ordered the Hen hot wings and absolutely loved them, saying they had great flavor with just the right amount of heat. Service was solid throughout the visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out in a timely manner. My husband and I came on a Saturday for lunch and we were seated immediately but the place really became crowded as we were there for awhile. The service was kind but very slow and we had to ask different servers for refills as our waitress disappeared. We also waited a very long time for our entrees. We started with the Cluckers Trio of fried pickles, banana peppers, and jalapenos which was good but I wish was fried a little darker. I had the fried chicken wrap with Spicy Thai and Cluckin' Boom Boom sauces on the side along with the tater tots. My husband had their wings in Hen Hot and tater tots. I was greeted by one of the employees who I later find out is one of the owners took both my food and drink order. They do have their own signature cocktails and I did have one of them called Coaches Lemonade. The best way to describe that one is the adult version of the lemonade. Also, had the Bacardi Punch. Both drinks were good but, I highly recommend Coaches Lemonade. For their food, I ordered cheese sticks and wings. The cheese sticks were great but, I wasn't big on the marinara sauce. The wings were also good. I got the mild flavor and although it was very good, it had a kick that I wasn't expecting. During my visit one of the owners, Ronnie is his name checked up on me and asked how everything thing was. He made my visit here better than expected, even made me feel right at home. I learned of this bar last fall when my dad and I threw a co-birthday party (he turned 70 and of course I was turning 21 for the 20th time, ha!) and since it's his favorite neighborhood watering hole we decided to host it there. All I can say is I have zero regrets! First of all, the folks that work here are very nice and while they obviously know whether you're a regular or not...they welcome you and treat you kindly either way. The drink prices are hard to beat too! They might not have the fanciest beverages in town but if you can't find something to sip on here then I think you should just stay home. Ok, here's the part I'd rather not tell you about but I guess I will just to give more props to Old Rascals. They have karaoke on 2 nights every week. Yep!! And the karaoke dude, Steve, is truly a gem! He's super nice and makes you feel like you're part of the family. I'm serious. There are 2 microphones for your use, one of which is wireless. He even brings cleaning wipes in case you're a bit of germ-a-phobe and want to clean the mic off for your turn. Of course, if you aren't into karaoke it's still a chill little spot to pop into for a drink or two when you're not trying to go wild on the nightlife scene. Everyone who hangs out here is friendly. And I don't mean fake smile, nosy ass neighbor type vibes...I mean genuine humans who are just happy to be there and glad to welcome you to their bar too. The place was not crowded at all, which was nice, because it gave us a chance to really see what it has to offer. I was the only female in the place that night, so I am guessing the men to women ratio is high ;) When you walk in you will be surprised to see how clean this place is! The bartender was so friendly and made me feel welcome. They have 2 dart boards and a shuffle board/bowling machine, which was really fun. Friday and Saturdays is karaoke, and another night of the week, I believe Tuesday is trivia night. If you play Keno they also have that. This is a neighborhood bar where they treat you like a friend and you can get a cheap beer. I am going back to check out karaoke this weekend.

But if you are not, it's definitely the place to go. We ordered a variety of foods. I had the Jamaican Jerk wings.....Best wings ever!! They are spicy, but I like spicy. You have to try them.
