The cashiers did work as a team to clean up a spill as soon as possible, but our cashier did not have the nicest service manner.

We knew exactly what we needed, but when we walked in the staff-woman at the door exclaimed "we close at seven" in a scolding tone. I understand a need to communicate a closing time, but the way it was delivered was unnecessary. I am sorry you have to work on Sunday nights but that is not your customer's fault. Then when we were leaving at 6:50pm my husband wished her a good night, and she blatantly ignored him. It was incredibly rude. On top of that their selection is not nearly as good as the location in east Syracuse. Overall, a disappointment.

When I asked staff about it, I was told they do not issue rain checks and couldn't even confirm if a restock was coming before the sale ended. Frustrated by the poor inventory planning, I reached out to BJ's corporate expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, their response was pathetic and completely unhelpful. If a warehouse club runs a multi-day promotion, they need the inventory to back it up on day one--or at least the basic customer service to issue a rain check. Extremely disappointing experience.

And then when we went to another store, I found ribs that were actually cheaper and a better quality, but because we already purchased them, we did Not Buy the ones that were there.
