For example, most recently, we arrived at 6:30pm on a Sunday, fully knowing that they close at 7pm. We knew exactly what we needed, but when we walked in the staff-woman at the door exclaimed "we close at seven" in a scolding tone. I understand a need to communicate a closing time, but the way it was delivered was unnecessary. I am sorry you have to work on Sunday nights but that is not your customer's fault. Then when we were leaving at 6:50pm my husband wished her a good night, and she blatantly ignored him. It was incredibly rude. On top of that their selection is not nearly as good as the location in east Syracuse. Overall, a disappointment.

I made the payment on time ,but the credit Union mistakenly paid from the old account number so the payment failed due to the Bank error. I had a balance due of $687.15 with a minimum payment of $29.00. BJ'S shut down my account and told me I needed to bring my account balance up to date ($1617.00) to get my account reinstated. It turns out that I only needed to pay the minimum payment of $29.00. I am a long time member and have spent $1000"s of dollars and don't deserve to have my account shut down over $29.00 and have a late payment record due to a bank error! The Filipino Agent handling my call was totally unsympathetic about my situation and told me they could shut down my Credit Card if I was late by $1,00!!! First off let me start off by saying that the appearance of this place is not horrible, but not good either I understand that you're walking into basically a warehouse turned into a grocery store. My only issue is that it's still looks unkept in a lot of areas. I was looking at the ribs there and we ended up purchasing the ribs. We ended up getting less than what we originally planned . Also, it was hard to find what we were looking for because they were all over the place one was in one section another, and another section instead of just having them all together. And then when we went to another store, I found ribs that were actually cheaper and a better quality, but because we already purchased them, we did Not Buy the ones that were there. Overall, it does have pretty much everything that you're looking for it's just a matter of how much you're willing to spend and is it really bulk or are they saying bulk but not meaning bulk.
