Again, it was wet dripped concrete onto old concrete by landscapers not trade certified concrete workers and that is the issue not the actual discolored repaired areas im speaking of.

When we first moved in, we made the old basement work (but it was dusty, dirty, covered in chipped paint). Previously it was a child's playroom, but then due to flooding and more, became worn down, mold infested, and drafty. As part of a larger project to restore the unfinished basement to a suitable nature, we wanted to redo the floors. It was tough to find somebody on short notice who had an understanding of our situation and was flexible. Donnie was both. First, I so appreciated his ease of working. These days, I work by phone, email, and text. Donnie was comfortable managing all three, which I think makes him the ideal contractor to younger folks like myself. Second, he was always communicative about when his team would be on-site, about the expectations related to the project (which made it super easy to plan. Third, he and his team, were so kind and committed to the work. The end result of all these things is that you get a fabulous product and along the way get to meet great people. I HIGHLY recommend Donnie if you're looking to redo a garage or basement floor. We had him "chip" the basement, which involved grinding down the old floor (1-1.5 days), cleaning up, and painting/chipping the new floor (1 day), and then sealing (1 day). It took about 3 days to fully dry. Leaving some photos of the before and after so you can see the great work for yourself!

I spoke with Jeff, the owner, and he gave a great overview of the company. He said about 1/3 of his customers came to him after trying to lay epoxy themselves and it ended up being a complete disaster. Jeff sent a Project Manager to our house to measure our garage and they did the work the next week. My wife said the manager was incredibly professional and came off as competent and knowledgeable.When I came home from work, I was blown away by how good the floor looked. We also had the walls and ceiling painted (by a painting company) and my garage looks incredible. Our floor has a nice shine to it (not too shiny) and it's much softer than the concrete. We take pride in our garage and look forward to enjoying the epoxy floor for many years to come. Do not try to put epoxy down yourself. Contact Ultimate Garage Floors and be prepared to be impressed. From start to finish, these guys are awesome!

Curtie Mullins and his crew did ~$25K worth of work on my home doing some repairs around the house…read moreas well as deconstructing and building an enclosed deck off the first floor of my home. Mistakes will happen of course, and there were many but, when I asked a few times that they be repaired, they were addressed. However, in June 2023 when C&C was finalizing the deck, Mr. Mullins recommended that I use Ronald Owens to install gutter guards around my whole house since gutters were going to need to be replaced due to the new deck. The fee for the gutter guards was supposed to be $600 to which I agreed and included in my payment to C&C. Mr. Owens installed the guards while Mr. Mullins was working on my deck. Afterwards, each time it rained; the rain came down in a sheet of water in the front of my house despite the new gutter guards. I alerted Mr. Mullins to the issue while he was here, and he stated (without climbing on a letter and looking at the guards) that they were covered by debris falling from my trees and that he would return with a blower to remove the debris. He never returned - despite another reminder in person when they were painting my deck, two emails (starting in July 2023), 11 text messages and six photos of the gutter guards. The gutter guards are completely clear - I had perfect photos taken which I shared with Mr. Mullins hence, my pleas to fix the situation. However, he ignored by pleas for help. I have also called Mr. Owens three times, sent five text messages and sent a photo of the gutter guard showing that it is free of debris. Neither company is responding so, the gutter guards were a waste of money and time. In the event it is helpful to know these facts, I am placing them here. Thank you.

So now I'm there with my service completed and I have to pay full price. 2. The guys took FOREVER to get us in and done (50min just waiting to pull in). I realized after I got in why, they tried to offer me NO JOKE... 5 different additional services and this was adding much more time to the flow of people who just want to pop in for a quick oil change. I get that you're trying to offer more services and all that but you're not an automotive repair shop and that's why people go through a quick oil change place like this... so you can get in and out without it being 90min ordeal.
