At 2:15 received a notification that Tiffany will be an hour and a half late (3:30) did not hear anything further from her. At 3:45 I reach out to her to find out she is still 30 minutes away. She claimed it was due to a flat tire which could be true but I wish she would have at least communicated this. At 4:15 she was no where to be seen and we officially canceled at that point. Now we still need to clean our house but lost our entire day to waiting around for her. Would never recommend. Needs to improve communication.
