The car rentals were completely out of cars even though I had a reservation. No Ubers or Taxis were to be found. Luckily, the Hampton Inn at McCain Mall recommended me to call Rodney. He arrived in 10 minutes to safely get me to my hotel. He then picked me up the next morning to take me back to the airport to get a rental car. No Cars available. Rodney ended up driving me to Russellville Arkansas for my meeting. I highly recommend using Rodney's services and will definitely be using him again on future trips! Keep up the good job!!

He said I entered it wrong (it wasn't). When I told him, that it wasn't wrong, he canceled the reservation and banned me. Lol- banned from an incompetent taxicab service. The Lyft arrived 10 minutes later at exactly half the price. Do not use this service to or from the airport. Totally unreliable.
