When we arrived, and we got in late 11:40pm, they were out front waiting and loaded about 3-4 parties and off we went, this. Took 10 minutes total as the amazing drivers drop you off at your car and we were last out. When we exited we settled up at the gate, no hidden fees as we were realistic with our times arriving and departing and the gate person was really kind and offered some help on leaving which was easy as you could hope. I did the math and driving from hotsprings is 56 miles, this cost less and was way more convenient than trying to organize a friend to pick up. Try it you will love the service

I went to shake his hand and say thank you, he pulls his hand away and then tells me that his hand is for tips only. I asked him tips to which he replied yes and then abruptly shut the door on us. Now look I didn't see a tip notice on the shuttle, it could be there and I just didn't see it, but clearly the company needs to pay more or they need to address Fred about his attitude.

Their local phone number does not answer (267-390-4122), but their toll-free one does (1-877-478-8262) by someone who sounds like they may be in India. Oddly enough, their posted fax number is apparently in a different location (215-701-5852)??? I got an online confirmation, two email confirmations, but no one picked me up. When I called two days before the pickup in Little Rock, AR, I was assured that the dispatcher would call me before I was picked up. I guess that is right, because no one called, and no one came. The pickup was scheduled for 3:10 a.m. for a 5:40 a.m. flight. When I called at 3:20, 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup, the person who answered gave me the dispatcher's local 501 phone number. Though I really thought that Suvana should have handled it, I called. (Yep. Another sign this is not legit.) The man who answered appeared really sleepy as if I had roused him out of bed. BTW, he seemed to be from the local area and said he sometimes subcontracts with Suvana. He later seemed angry and then insisted that he didn't have a reservation from Suvana; that he had four other people to pick up so he could not help me. Hmmmm... first he appears asleep. then he has four others to pick up???? The hotel auditor called a cab for me. I made it to the airport on time, but only barely. It cost $10 more than the shuttle, but I paid gladly. Unfortunately, I was also charged by Suvana, so I disputed the bill with my credit card company. I am also VERY glad I used a virtual one time only use card that is time-limited and can only be used once (It is tied to my REAL credit card) so they can't use it again. I was told I would not be charged, but I was. As previously stated, I don't think that this company is a legitimate company. I think it is possible it is an internet-based scam. They will charge you and never pick you up. I have read reviews in other web sites for various locations, and no one has anything good to say. Their stories seem oddly a lot like mine. Save yourself the trouble. Book a REAL company! These people will rip you off.

First, the person answering the phone denied any reservation.  When I gave him the confirmed reservation number.  He said I entered it wrong (it wasn't). When I told him, that it wasn't wrong, he canceled the reservation and banned me.   Lol- banned from an incompetent taxicab service. The Lyft arrived 10 minutes later at exactly half the price. Do not use this service to or from the airport. Totally unreliable.
