I'm pretty good at booking ourselves and checking all airlines Using Expedia and looking at the flights that aren't on that site. So I think I've seen all the options. West Rock is still able to find options or combinations that I wasn't finding. My husband is a professional athlete so he can not afford to even be late to a race, let alone miss a flight and miss a race. West Rock has made sure that never happens!!! I highly recommend them!

I travel extensively for work, averaging 100-200 flights each year, and I can honestly say this was…read moreone of the worst customer service experiences I've had with an airline. I arrived at the United ticket counter in Little Rock with one simple request: update my recently renewed TSA PreCheck information so it would appear on my boarding pass. The ticket agent, Nakita, printed my boarding passes and then casually informed me that my flight from Little Rock to Charlotte via Houston had been delayed by several hours, as if that was the end of the conversation. When I asked what my options were, I received short, dismissive responses. I asked whether United normally sends delay notifications because I had not received one, and her response was simply, "They should." I then asked if there were any alternate routes that would get me to Charlotte that evening. Again, I was told there were no options, with no effort to explore alternatives, explain the situation, or offer assistance. I asked to cancel my reservation so I could book another airline. I was told my ticket was non-refundable and that my only option was to call United Customer Care. I spent more than 30 minutes on hold trying to resolve the issue myself. During the interaction, the agent also made comments to other customers and United employees suggesting that I "came up with an attitude," which I found completely unprofessional. I was simply asking reasonable questions and trying to understand my options. Fortunately, my experience improved dramatically once I reached the gate. The gate agent listened to my situation and immediately recognized that I should have been able to cancel through the United app. When I explained that the ticket counter agent had already checked me in, preventing me from doing so, she quickly unchecked me, allowing me to cancel the reservation online within minutes. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and solved in less than two minutes what I had spent over half an hour trying to accomplish. She is exactly the kind of employee who represents excellent customer service. After canceling, I booked a Southwest flight that arrived in Charlotte only about an hour later than my original itinerary, and for roughly half the price. Flight delays happen. I understand that. What disappointed me was the lack of empathy, inaccurate information, unwillingness to help, and dismissive attitude at the ticket counter. In contrast, the gate agent demonstrated exactly how customer service should be handled. One employee made an already stressful travel day significantly worse, while another restored some of my confidence by simply listening, understanding the problem, and taking ownership. United should recognize the professionalism of the gate agent and provide coaching to the ticket counter employee. Travelers don't expect perfection during disruptions, we expect honest information, respect, and someone willing to help us find a solution.

Their rationale is that they want to see that you only have a purse with you before they will give you a paper boarding pass. If it is larger, they charge you. You cannot have a pilot case with you while everyone else can. If you go to the gate, they charge you all that, plus $25 more as penalty. There are other un-perks they will tell you after you pay for the tix. Then Little Rock Airport United personnel are just plain rude. Ask her why my paid-for checked in bags do not have printed tickets, she's be sarcastic, demand that you produce your ID again, then intentionally rip it out of your hand to let you know she hates her job and she hates you, too. Horrible experience. This is why they need an outlet by physically beating up their passengers (remember the Dr. Dao incident).
