Why have I just now learned about this company? I've used countless limo company's in the past and I just now discovered the BEST one ever. I've had the privilege of using this company now 2x's ( 10-16-24 & 10-19-24) and with no regrets. The size of the car is important - the bigger the better and I believe the white limo was a 160 inch stretch - could be a 140 but this thing is huge - 12 passenger. The car was extremely clean, smelled fresh and is everything and more which one would expect. Jesse was my driver both times and his attention to detail and obvious experience shows through like no other. The saying is you get what you pay for but in this case I received far more than one could possibly expect. Jesse tracked my flight and I know this because my incoming flight into PHX arrived 20 minutes ahead of schedule. Jesse sent me a text and was aware of this. I walked out to the North side of Terminal 4 (Door 3) and Jesse pulled right up with no delay. Equally important or at least to me is I need a safe driver and Jesse delivered without question. Joe was my driver and he was here on time, looked professional, drove so well and carefully, was polite and left me at the front entrance so I wouldn't have far to walk. I moved across the country from New York City to the Phoenix area on a sweltering hot day in early July with two gigantic heavy suitcases, a dog in a carrier, a carry-on bag, and fatigue from a 5-1/2 hour flight. My son was going to Prom and the funny thing is he told me this four days before Prom. So we had a party if 13 people. I know this is the busy time of year for limos. So I wasn't too hopeful that I could even find a limo. First company that I called was Black & White because of all of the great reviews on Yelp. I called B&W late at night and I talked to the owner Chris. He was very nice and told me he was out of Limos. Of course, what do you expect. I asked him about his Luxury SUV's and he said he could possibly do that and would email me a bid. In the meantime, I couldn't find anything else. Chris gave me a really great deal for two Luxury SUV for my kid's Prom. We changed the pick-up and drop-off points and it was no problem. Chris was very accommodating and so was his drivers. The drivers were very prompt in picking up the kids and even had water bottle for the kids on the way to Prom. There were also kids who accidentally left things in the car on the way to Prom. Excited. Anyways, drivers made sure the kids got their stuff and told them if they forget anything on the way back then they would send everything back to my address. Very nice. My son said the drivers were really nice and were on time picking them up from Prom. They even asked the kids if they had fun. Seemed like everything worked out very well. I found these guys on Yelp and chose them because of their good reputation on here. When it comes to hiring a car service, I feel that many options can be unreliable and sketchy. This was NOT the case wth Black and White Limo. I hired two of their SUVs for the Waste Management Open and they were very reasonably priced, on time(even a little early), clean, and the drivers were very friendly. One suggestion for the owners is to send an email confirmation after booking. I received the receipt after the the event but I would like to have an email to forward to the other people that will be riding with us so that they know the itinerary.
