This company sent us pictures of one bus, telling us this was our bus, and then showed up with a crappy school bus that had been painted black. The driver had to pass us the keys thru a crack in the door because she couldn't open it from inside. Totally unsafe for this employee, especially in this heat. Imagine her being locked inside without customers to open the door for her?! On the way home the bus was filled with gas fumes. I had a headache for the next two days. Also, the AC didn't really work and we were sweating by the time we arrived at our venue - a really good look. The lack of AC, combined with the gas fumes on the way home made all of us sick. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE AND PROVIDE AN AWFUL SERVICE. Just read the reviews. They all say the same thing. read more

Was pretty rough. The party bus that we booked look like it was very old and very well used. When we sat on one of the seats, the seams busted because it was so warn out and the driver tried to make it look like it was our fault. There were multiple other cuts and seams burst on the seats that have been literally duck taped. They need to remodel and revamp. The driver was nice enough, but smelled very strongly of cigarette. Update: Spoke to mr Bigelow who basically told me he knew I didn't get what I ordered and that's how the limo business works and it's not fault I got one without A/C. Basically said the only people who write one star reviews are liars who want their money back. I'm baffled this is how he handles customer service. We rented a party bus for 16 people. They had sent me what the bus looked like and we were happy with what we saw. The driver showed up and immediately I said this is not what they showed me in the text message for what the bus looked like. We were headed to the Morgan Wallen concert so no time to call. While we all started to board the bus everyone immediately said it was hot inside. I asked Lakeesha to turn up the air. Her reply was it's all the way but I called my boss to let him know it wasn't working right. So we suffered with partial working A/C. As we get on the freeway the smell of fuel radiated in the cab and again all started complaining. Several guest on the return home contemplated getting Ubers because of how bad it was on the way there. The next day I called and explained the situation and was told they needed to investigate and I'd hear back. Never heard back, but after my own review they gave me a totally different party bus. So now I feel like I was lied too.. I paid over $1,000 for hands down the most hoopty limo. I have pics of what they told me I'd get and what showed up at my house. read more

Our experience was very disappointing and not what we expected. We booked the 33 passenger party bus which realistically could fit 28 adults max. We had two people standing and couples sitting on laps. The bus had limited air conditioning and when we asked about the air the driver stated, "this is what you purchased." On the trip home the gas fumes filled the bus leaving it hard to breath. The sound system did not work properly and didn't work at all on the trip home. We tried to reach out to the company for a refund of some sort and have not heard back from anyone. One positive was the bus driver Calvin was very communicative at drop off and pickup and extremely patient with some of the guests on the bus. Overall not a great experience and would not recommend. read more

Wow - some really great service and communication from John the owner and our driver Josh. We setup a limo in the Lincoln (8 seater) and the vehicle was pristine and arrived early for pickup. Our driver was great and was able to accommodate as we had to pickup some guests from the hotel and drive around prior to our dinner. The van that picked us up had no AC, vents or windows to open. when i told the driver this was unacceptable.. as we were sweating in a hot box during our 45 min drive.. he responded with "do you want me to drop you off here". So unacceptable to be driving groups of people around in 80 degree weather with ZERO AC, ventilation, windows or ANY. We received zero follow up about this incident. Great experience with Brian and Bigelow Limousine for a bachelor party. Arranging everything was extremely smooth and Brian (driver) was communicative and on time. We had multiple destinations and pickup times and it could not have gone any better, even with some last minute timing adjustments. The vehicle (white Mercedes Sprinter) was spotless, roomy for 11 adults, and it was easy to get the music connected to enjoy ourselves. Highly recommend their services! Our experience with this company was awful! Don't make the same mistake we did--book someone else! The quality of the bus was terrible and the customer service even worse. We booked this party bus for the Morgan Wallen concert on 7/20. On a 120 degree summer day the A/C on the bus didn't work, and was blowing terrible diesel fumes into the cab. We all showed up to the concert overheated and feeling sick. When leaving the venue, it took our driver 30-45 minutes to get to us, after multiple calls straight to her voicemail. The A/C still didn't work on the way home--the heat and fumes made me sick and caused me the worst headache. We contacted this company for an explanation, an apology, and hopefully a partial refund for the terrible service. We didn't get any of that. Instead we were told we were lying for the sake of a refund. We don't even care about the money we wasted--we just don't want others making the same mistakes! It's not safe to drive around in Arizona with no A/C. Save yourself the hassle and book with someone else! read more

As our bus rolled into the neighborhood we all thought no way this is what we paid for..... chipped paint & peeling tint! Looked like crap from the outside, inside couldn't be much worse, right? when we put our coolers on the bus it was so hot! Our ride wasn't scheduled to leave for 15 minutes so we thought maybe the AC needed time to cool down. NOPE!! It was a 50 minute drive to Chase Stadium from our house & this bus was HOT!! Safe to say it was around 95° inside that bus. Not only did the AC not work at all, it kept blowing DEISEL FUMES in through the vents. Our group organizer reached out to the company to give them a chance to right things, & was told we're only complaining because we want something for free. Absolutely baffled! Brian was an excellent driver. He took us from Scottsdale to Sedona, fully equipped with ice and drinks for the drive. He recommended a great spot to stop for a quick break, all the while keeping us on or ahead of schedule. We just used them this past weekend for my daughters Quince and from the very beginning they were very easy to speak with , very friendly, informative any day that we communicated with them. They were extremely helpful and again just can't express how easy it was to work with them leading up to the day. On the day of the event Bill the chauffeur checked in on us to make sure we were keeping the plans as is or changing anything we wanted, he was punctual and actually early but reassured me not to worry about him being outside he just makes sure he is always punctual and that he is ready for us for whenever we needed him, it was a hectic day so his words really helped me not to feel anymore stressed or rushed. We rented this bus for a concert, and it was at least 95 degrees inside (120 outside) and smelled like diesel exhaust for the entire 50-minute ride to the stadium. Our driver said she let her boss know that the AC wasn't working properly but nothing was done about it, when the owner finally called he insisted the AC works (it DOESN'T) and said that's how the party bus industry works. You don't get the bus promised (with photos), it might not have AC, you smell diesel exhaust the whole time INSIDE the bus and when it's brought to the owner's attention nothing is done to rectify the situation, and basically calls you a liar. Unfortunately, by the time I called to reserve the party bus (about 30 minutes later), the time slot we were looking for had just been taken. John offered us other times and other smaller buses, but we couldn't find a fit. I thanked him and started looking elsewhere. However, John did not stop there. He made a few calls to his contacts in the industry and helped us book with another service with the size of party bus we needed and the time slot on which we had decided. This certainly wasn't necessary on John's part and shows that he is committed not only to his customers, but his potential customers, as well.
