Heard about limo service on Facebook group for cruising. Called for service from and to Hobby airport. The owner, Giovanni, was easy to talk to. We had different travel itineraries that his service had no problem in assisting us. When we arrived at the airport, Pam, our driver, was waiting for us. She helped with luggage. We had smooth commute to Galveston. She offered water to us. She also narrated highlights aling the route to Galveston beach area. Day of return to Airport, the cruise ship we were on arrived earlier and debarkment was sooner. We contacted Giovanni to see if he could pick up sooner. He was able to do so. Smooth transport back to airport. Very clean and odor free vehicles. Would use services again. read more

We learned of Black Arrow Limo from a FB cruise page. We had originally reserved pick up service from George Bush airport to Galveston but we changed our minds. Jiovani had no problems with us cancelling. We decided to book the return trip from Galveston cruise terminal to George Bush Airport after our cruise. We had booked for 10:30am pick up. Our driver, Omar, called 5 mins before arrival to the terminal and was there 10:30am right on the dot. He helped with luggage (we had 6 passengers + luggage and they send the perfect SUV) and I clarified the pricing and that we had to use our credit cards because we had no more American cash. He had no problem except that he said was having issues with credit card Tile for his phone. When we arrived, it took a couple tries for the payment to go through but in the end he had no problems with us splitting our bill with the other family. We paid him separately (equal payments). Overall, Black Arrow Limo was great. The only suggestion I have would be to put "BLACK ARROW LIMO" somewhere ON the car so that we know we're going with the right person! It gets pretty busy at the terminal so it would have helped us identify the car more easily. Thank you! read more

So happy we found this transfer company! They helped make the process of getting to our cruise and back so much easier. We had nine people in our party including three car seats and they were able to accommodate us. We even had to push our pick up time back two hours because our cruise customs was delayed and he waited for us. If you need a transfer from Houston/Hobby to Galveston for a cruise - I would definitely recommend giving them a call! read more

I just completed my tenth trip with black Arrow from and back to Houston International for a surgery at Houston Methodist. My United plane landed at terminal A, but my bag wasn't there. After asking around, I found that if United's main terminal B is filled, they have arriving flights go to A, but still send the bags to B, because United doesn't have baggage service at A. After I finally tracked my bag down I wondered where the Black Arrow guy would be since my United flight app showed terminal A for arrival. Sure enough,my driver Raf was at B, because he had been checking with the FlightView.com app, which also shows the baggage claim carousel info. Just another example of the great service that Jiovani and his team provide. OK, so I was in town last week for the OTC conference. A co worker and I needed an early shuttle to Hobby on a Thursday morning. When we inquired at the front desk of the Marriot, the manager told us to use Black Arrow Limo company as it was about the same price as a cab, if not a little bit cheaper. We said great! He even called them and booked our pickup for 4am. He asked the rate while he was on the phone. He then hung up and said it will be $40 gentleman. We said GREAT! Thanks. Pickup day comes and the driver for the company, Mario, was ten minutes early. Great again. He loaded our bags and was generally cordial. On the way to the airport was when it all went downhill. My business partner confirmed that the ride was $40 and could he give us a receipt? Mario replied that the cost of the ride was $50 because it was so early in the am. When we told him the manager of his company told the manager of our hotel it was $40, he said no again. Now dont get me wrong, $10 is not an issue to myself or my associate. Being FLEECED for $10 by a PUNK is. I personally didnt care, but it upset my co worker. When he dropped us at the Airport, my co worker paid and tipped him. Now, he did get a tip, but it wasnt much. Here is where it gets good. When I got in the airport, i realized i left my phone sit on the seat. I immediatley called the hotel to get the companys number to call them. I called and got to speak to some man who didnt know his ass from a hole in the ground. He had no idea who the driver was and took about 15 minutes to figure it out. In the meantime, i opened my laptop and started to track my phone with LOOKOUT, a mobile security app. I could instantly see it was moving away from the airport. I tried calling my phone so he could hear it ring in the car. It was in fact still on and operating. I finally was able to get Marios cell number. Right before I called him, i sent a "scream" command to the phone. I then called him from my second phone. He answered, but i didnt hear anything in the background. I then borrowed my co workers phone and called my cell again(while i was on the phone with Mario). It went immedialty to voice mail. He had found my phone and turned it off. Now I expalined to Mario that I wasnt the guy that gave him a hard time and that my phone was a few years old and wasnt worth anything. I told him if he simply would bring it back to the airport, I would give him $100 for his trouble, no questions asked. He maintained he never found it. I know for a fact, because i was tracking it, that it was in his limo and it was moving away from my present location. Between the driver being a PUNK, and a rip off artist as well as the DIP SHIT owner that didnt speak english and had no idea who his driver was, I say AVOID these SCUMBAGS all together. So much for a bargain ride to the AIRPORT. In the end, Mario could have made a nice tip, all while being a PUNK, had he just returned my phone. The owner of Black Arrow could have cared less! The phone was locked anyways and shut off immediatley, so im not sure what value it had if any??? But I guess that doesnt stop people from being thieves and assholes. read more
