The Daisy Hill venue is absolutely gorgeous. You can guarantee that your pictures will be amazing…read more However the staff and the service you receive may not be satisfactory. When I selected the venue initially I was introduced to a pleasant team (Savanna & Karrington) that seemed genuine, accommodating and efficient. Unfortunately a couple months after contract management changed (Rhonda) which resulted in a lot of modifications to packages and services provided. The first major issue I encountered was that a payment made to the venue was no longer visible on their client portal which affected my balance. I emailed about the mishap and after a week I finally received a response that my account would be brought up to date. There was no apology for the lack of communication or the error. The original management team I made them aware of add ons & upgrades I would like for day of my wedding which included the gold drink package (premium drinks). Also let me know I could have an extended hour added to my event. The new management kept forgetting my requests that I sent via email. Also later attempted to charge extra for a drink package that was modified AFTER my contract. After going back in forth the sent over a spirit list that reflected drinks I preferred. The week of event I was told they changed liquor distributors & no longer had the tequila I requested & had already made my signature. Again after many emails, I was promised this would be available as it was part of the package I paid for. The day of the event, my champagne was not in the bridal suite, the bar ran out of tequila & they charged people for alcohol that were included in my drink package. I had an OPEN BAR! I'm not sure if DH had suffered financially during the pandemic but they were very greedy & dishonest. Rhonda was really unorganized & slow to correspond. They made the planning process unnecessarily stressful.

I attended a wedding two weeks ago at this location and Kelly and her team really know how to put…read moreon a fabulous wedding. The wedding was June 12th and I think I've looked at the pictures from the wedding every day since. The staff was so nice in making sure that the guest and wedding party were content and happy. The invitation said 6, but the wedding didn't start until 7, but no one seemed stressed about it, so I assumed it was an early time on the invite to make sure people didn't arrive late. There was a cash bar, and while I spent $48 without tip on 4 drinks, I'd happily to it again. They poured up a good drink There was an outdoor patio for standing around while we waited for the ceremony to begin, taking pictures, talking and smoking etc. The wedding was lovely overall and this venue only added to the atmosphere. The food was delicious, there was salmon, chicken tenders, brisket, Cesar salad. The collard greens were not to my tasting, but I'm from the south and nobody makes collards better than my grandmas and aunts. Again....Kelly and her team deserve all the accolades for what was seemingly a stress free wedding environment. I'm not sure of the cost, but the mother of the bride assured me it was reasonably priced for a wedding planned in less than two months.

We were specifically looking for a spot to watch football and Fairway Social delivers just that. This place is golf themed and I kind of like it (we are big golfers in our household). Even though they weren't showing the football game we wanted to watch, there were tons of TVs available. We sat at the bar and greeted by the sweetest bartender. She was introducing that at shift change, the bartender replacing her was new and that day was her first day (shout out Meg). I only ordered a soda and my husband ordered a transfusion and a few beers. We also shared their smoked wings with ranch and peach BBQ sauce. I had a sip of the transfusion and it was dangerously delicious. Meg constantly checked in on us and she was just lovely. The wings were good and had a nice smoky flavor, kind of dry in some parts. I would skip the peach BBQ sauce though, it was too tangy for my taste. They don't toss the wings in any sauce FYI. They had interactive games that you can rent out. There's a big outdoor space with benches and screens as well.
