Unfortunately they are currently pretty busy, so we had to wait almost 2 months for our trees to be taken down, but it was well worth the wait. We were given a quote less than 2 days after they called. They sent us all the proper forms, including the permit application in Parma, and handled that on their own. On the day of the deed, they were very efficient, there was a 90 minute window where neither my wife or I were home, and the trees were taken down and removed in that time.
